Believe it or not, we're still getting new products in from the ABC Show back in mid-September! We anticipate that some new products will continue to slowly trickle in even into the new year.

New since the last newsletter are:

• Baby Bum Drops wipe solution cubes. Just dissolve these little darlings in hot water and voilà instant wipe solution. (Let cool before using!)
• Blueberry training pants. These training pants are designed to feel like real underwear, but a hidden layer of super-absorbent microterry will do the job of catching small accidents during the day and a hidden layer of PUL will keep it contained.
• Actually, we've had the Signing Time DVD series in for a while, but we failed to include it in a previous newsletter. These DVDs are awesome! They combine signing instructions (around two dozen signs per episode) with children aged 2 & under demonstrating the signs and singing & dancing. Very entertaining and educational!

We've also restocked the ever popular Knickernappies breast pads. These breast pads are nice for nursing moms with large let down. They have a layer of PUL on the bra side to prevent leak through.

If you're ever wondering what's new at Little Padded Seats but can't make it in to the store you can always check the New Items listing on our website. It will show a list of the most recently added 20-30 products, newest at the top. This will not show you recently re-stocked items, however.

It's that time of year again! Time to look for that all elusive "owl." Once again, Little Padded Seats will be a hunt sponsor. We will be offering a 10% internet only discount code to all hunters. We will be participating in Green Gifts Fair. This event will be held at the Des Moines Social Club located at 1408 Locust Street on Sunday, November 15, 2009, from 10:00am - 4:00pm.

Get a jump start on your Christmas shopping! The Green Gifts Fair will be chock-full of items that are eco-friendly and that would make good gifts. Many of the items available at the fair will also be locally-made and/or made from locally-sourced materials. There will be toys and soaps, clothes and yoga, massage and jewelry, books and bags.

Many of the items available won't necessarily be obviously green, so you'll be able to buy gifts even for those people in your life who wouldn't necessarily appreciate the green or local aspects of your gifts.

A while back we received a notice from Adiri stating that they "made the difficult decision to cease all business operations." This came as quite a shock to us. We very much liked the Adiri Natural Nurser and are sad to see them go.

Fortunately, we had just recently stocked up on Adiri products. However, since the manufacturer is no longer in business, what we have is all we'll ever have.
