GADs are made with PUL on the outside and soft Microfleece on the inside. The wing snaps are hidden so they do not touch the baby's skin. 
All of these measurements are with the diaper un-stretched and on the smallest setting and then stretched out and on the largest setting.
For a Small the waist settings are 8-19 inches. The thigh settings are 6-11 inches. The rise is 10.5 to 15 inches. Small GAD pocket diapers fit babies about 8-15 lbs.
For a Medium the waist settings are 11-23 inches. The thigh settings are 8-13 inches. The Rise is 12 to 17 inches. Medium GAD pocket diapers fit babies about 12-25 lbs.
For a Medium Long the Waist settings are the same as a medium diaper but the thigh settings are 8-14 inches and the rise is 12.5 to 18 inches. Medium Long GAD pocket diapers fit babies about 15-35 lbs (they will only fit a very tall and skinny 35lb child).
For the Large the waist settings are 12-25 inches.
The thigh settings are 10-16 inches.The rise is 14 to 19 inches. Large GAD pocket diapers fit babies about 22-40lbs.
