About Us

Hi!  My name is Lauri Ericson.  My husband, Tommy, and I have a son, Trey, who was born August 7, 2006.  We have always been environmentally conscious, so were naturally interested in cloth diapering our son.  The problem we ran into was that the only cloth diapers we had ever been exposed to were flat pieces of cloth that you folded several times, then pinned, then put plastic pants over that.  I knew this was not something that I was particularly looking forward to.  We were, thank goodness, introduced to modern cloth diapers and fell instantly in love. 

I purchased Little Padded Seats from Louisa Dykstra, of www.TheStorkWearhouse.com, in March of 2008 after an exhausting search to come up with something that I could do to bring money into the house, but also be able to stay home with our son.  I cannot even put into words how excited I am to be able to do the things I love most every single day...be with my son, and talk about cloth diapers!!
